Rawdon, Saturday, October 22, 2016

ANQ organized the one day meditation camp on 22nd October 2016 in Rawdon. The meditation sessions were conducted whole day. The camp was really smooth, well organized and all the sessions were very interesting. The camp was facilitated by well experienced mediators Navin Gautam and Ranjeet Koirala.

In addition to the one day event, it was a three day stay at Chalets Lanaudière from Friday, 21st October to Sunday, 23rd October. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were tasty and well served on time. ANQ community members from Montreal, Nepalese friends and families from Toronto and Boston actively participated in the camp. The Bhajan Kritan and Karaoke in the evening was the icing on the cake. Many enjoyed singing, dancing and playing madal and guitar.

We would like to thank all the participants and all those who have contributed to make this event a legend in the ANQ history. Special thanks to coordinator Navin Gautam and all those volunteers who helped in the kitchen.
