ANQ successfully concluded its sixteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 16th November 2019 from 11:00 - 15:30 at 1375 rue Grenet, Saint-Laurent. The AGM elected new executive members for two years (2019-2021).
The ANQ President Yubaraj Bhandari welcomed the ANQ members and participants, expressed his deep gratitude to all the community members for their support, and thanked executive members, advisors, artists, sponsors, volunteers and all for their continued support to ANQ. ANQ Advisors Dr. Hemant Paudel, Prakash Mungratii, Pabitra Upadhaya and Balmukunda Maharjan welcomed all and provided feedback. The opening session was hosted by ANQ Secretary Rishi Shrestha. He also presented a yearly progress report. The detailed financial report was presented by ANQ Treasurer Prajwal Sainju. ANQ Vice-President Geeta Baral, Joint-Secretary Vivekanand Dwivedy, Executive Member Mala Budha Magar also shared their valuable experience.
The election of new executive committee members was completed in a democratic way by the election committee headed by ANQ Advisors Dr. Hemant Paudel, Prakash Mungrati, Pabitra Upadhaya and Balmukunda Maharjan. The AGM successfully elected a team of dynamic and energetic personalities for two years tenure. The team members and positions are as follows.
The new ANQ President Pramesh Gupta thanked former executive committee, advisors and all the participants for their support. He said that he will take his responsibly towards community very sincerely. The other board members also extended their gratitude and wiliness to serve the community. The former team and all the participants congratulated the new committee and extended their best wishes for a successful tenure. ANQ managed to serve light breakfast and lunch to all the participants.
The AGM was a great success and we received a lot of positive and constructive feedback. ANQ would like to express deep gratitude to all the members, election committee, participants, volunteers and all for their continued support.
